Consultations

Consultations are no-obligation & 100% risk free. We will discuss the needs of each individual client, measure the treatment area, & present a treatment plan & cost. Booking a consultation does not constitute a contract for service.

Appointments & cancellations

Deposits may be required to secure your treatment date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may forfeit the deposit. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Results & disclaimers

Scalp Micropigmentation results vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, & aftercare adherence. Photos shown on our website are real client results but are not a guarantee of your individual outcome.

Aftercare

Following our aftercare instructions is essential for optimal healing & pigment retention. Lana SMP Studio is not responsible for results affected by failure to follow recommended aftercare.
